Hey everyone!

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with the ones you love.  I’ve been asked a lot about how I got back in shape postpartum. Most of you may think it is exercise or some kind of crazy diet. However, I believe what really helped me get back to my pre pregnancy body is clean, whole food eating and discipline. In this video I’ll be showing you guys what I eat in a typical day Mon-Fri. I am a big believer of the 80% / 20% ratio. I like to indulge a little on the weekends! 😉
